Baby Butz to the rescue! My little nephew came today with a very red butt from unfortunately a stomach virus we have all been fighting and now it’s his turn . Applied it shortly after he arrived and now only a few hours later 75% of the redness gone and no more crying when he knows diaper is getting changed. LOVE LOVE this product!
